What the booking form collects

When you request an appointment, the website records your name, chosen service, appointment date and time, cash or bank-transfer choice, payment status, and any email address, phone number or notes you choose to provide.

How the information is used

The information is used to reserve and manage your appointment, contact you about the booking, avoid double-bookings and maintain the studio diary. It is not used for advertising by this website and is not sold to other organisations.

Where it is stored

Booking information is held in the website’s private database and can be viewed by the authorised studio owner through the password-protected dashboard. Confirmed appointments may also appear in the owner’s private subscribed calendar.

Cookies and tracking

The public website does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies. A secure session cookie is used only when the owner signs in to the private dashboard.

Questions or requests

You can ask the studio to correct or remove booking information, subject to any information that must reasonably be retained for business or legal records.
